From not-for-profits to warehouse, Operations Management to Program Management, a wide range of experience has honed my business acumen and communication skills.  

Managing all types of teams from traditional employees to individuals with developmental disabilities to volunteers, I empower individuals to work towards a greater goal, maximize individual and team strengths, and ensure that we are continuously improving together.
